We are now hiring full-time Non-CDL and CDL drivers for our rapidly expanding Healthcare waste management business. Our industry-leading compensation and benefits package includes:
- Full time, 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days.
- Starting pay is $20.00/hr. Automatic increase to $22.00/hr. After completing the probationary period.
- Top pay $25.00/hr. and $28.00 hr. with CDL
- Class A drivers are eligible for waste pulls and extra pay based on distance.
- Opportunity for overtime.

- Employee Healthcare Plan Provided at No Cost after 90 probationary period ($50 per check for 1st 12 pay checks). (Includes Medical, Dental, and Vision)
- 9 paid holidays after completing the probationary period, plus accrued sick hours (up to 56 hours NY) (40 hours CT, MA, NJ, PA, RI) and 24 hours vacation (NY) or 40 hours vacation (CT, MA, NJ, PA, RI) after one year.
- Pay increase evaluations each July, up to $2.00/hr. after the first full year of employment.
- 401K with Company match up to $4500 per year.
- Profit Sharing account with $1.50 per workday company contribution after 90 days.
- Uniforms are provided, excluding the required steel-toe boots.

Facility Operator
Approved is hiring facility operators for both day shift and night shift at our Mount Vernon, NY location and day shift operators at our Bridgeport, CT location.

Our industry-leading compensation and benefits package includes:
- Full time, 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days.
- Starting pay $18.00/hr. Automatic increase to $18.50/hr. After completing the probationary period. Additional increases are up to $1.00 per hour.
- Facility Operators who regularly drive vehicles for the company will increase to $19.00 hr. after a 90-day probationary period and increase up to $1.00 after six months of employment. (Licensed Drivers Only)

Sharps Technicians

Sharps Technicians are deployed daily to service our hospital clients throughout NY & NJ. Exchanging Sharps containers and providing support to our critical healthcare workers.
